Scripture Union runs various events for Young Adults. LEAD is for anyone aged 16-25 who has been or is currently involved in leadership and would like to improve their skills, and also for those who are considering being leaders and want to equip themselves in advance for leadership. LEAD aims to develope leaders with character, substance & integrity
Being a part of LEAD will help you develop your ability to:
• align people around a common mission and values,
• empower people to lead
• act as a servant leader and
• collaborate with others to solve difficult problems
LEAD Weekend February
A weekend to discover your style of leadership and build relationships with other emerging leaders. Discover your strengths and how they can shape your leadership. Gain practical tools for leadership through interaction and fun workshops.
LEAD Weekend May
A weekend that focuses on leading others. This includes learning how to empower others to lead, being a leader of teams and being a servant leader. We will also spend time reflecting upon leadership practice through case studies and reflection upon your own emerging leadership experiences.
LEAD Package
Lead package $200 for both weekends!
