We believe that a strength of the Internship arrangement is supportive supervision. A senior member of staff is appointed as supervisor, meeting regularly with the Intern. A performance agreement is drafted, and regularly reviewed during the period of employment.

Project work and learning opportunities are also supervised. Interns are encouraged to undertake further education relating to their ministry area. This will be at your own expense.
