Holiday leave and sick leave are granted in accordance with
normal staff conditions.

To cover the additional administrative load which results from
an Intern appointment, Interns are required to undertake a
share of general administrative duties for 10% of their Job
Description.

Interns are accountable to their supervisor, and in day to day
matters to field staff in their ministry area.

Interns are viewed as a member of the staff team, and are
subject to performance review and management.
