Governance

The SU Cabinet group are the Governance board of SU WA. This group is elected by the SU Membership. The SU membership is made of active SU WA volunteers and pledged financial and prayer supporters of the movement.

Current Cabinet Members

Rob Greig, Chairperson

Rob Greig’s involvement with Scripture Union spans more than 25 years; having been a camper on holiday camps, involved in ISCF groups as a high school student, being a camp leader and camp director for more than 10 years, involved in camping committees and being on staff for five years between 1993 and 1998. Rob is currently the General Manager of Human Resources with Westrac. Rob currently oversees 3,000 staff at Westrac. Rob’s work background includes being a high school teacher, HR and Safety Manager, Workplacement Consultant and lawyer. Rob is married to Jocelyn and they have 3 daughters. They attend Bentley Baptist Church. Rob is particularly pleased to see his children engaging in Scripture Union programs and gaining greatly from them.

Tom Wolsey

Tom resides in Edgewater W.A. and has been a member of Craigie Baptist Church, for a period of 20 years. He serves in the Jesus Kids program, Boys Brigade Captain, Youth leader and now as a Deacon & Church Treasurer as well as being involved in the worship music ministry. Tom’s main involvement with SU began when he had an overseas Volunteer stay with he and his wife for six months that ended up being 2.5 years!

Anna Sheehan, Treasurer

Anna is an experienced Business Manager currently working at Dale Christian School. She has over 15 years experience as a Bursar/Business Manager, along with having served terms as a Treasurer for a church and club association, is currently a committee member for a Community organization and also a Regional Manager for a community based Club. She has also served a six year term on a Capital Grant Committee with AISWA. She spent nearly 4 years as Senior Consultant for Resolve Consulting, a national company committed to servicing not for profits in the area of Governance, Leadership and Financial Management.

David Sharpham

David is an Architect in Bankwest¹s Chief Technology Office. He joined Bankwest in 2007 and previously held a number of project-related leadership roles in the Business Bank. Prior to joining Bankwest, David was a specialist in treasury system implementation with CCK Financial Solutions and had many diverse roles including leading functions such as Business Development, Business Analysis, Testing and Client Support.
David has a Bachelor of Economics and a Master of Business Administration.

Dave Stephens

David works as an Engineering Manager for Horizon Power working on system
plans and renewable energy technology development for WA’s regional energy
systems.  Attending ‘Metrochurch’ at present, Dave loves serving in the
creative arts team and also paddling in his spare time.  Dave also enjoys
creating spare time in which to do more paddling.  His first involvement
with SU was with Canoemups and Sailing camps as a young child when his
parents were leaders. And for the last 20 years Dave has continued this
involvement, recognising the fantastic life changing impact of the SU
‘spirit filled’ environment on young peoples lives.
